User Data Deletion

Email nowboja@gmail.com with the subject Nowboja data deletion request.

• Send the request from the email address associated with your Nowboja account, if possible.
• Include your Nowboja username or profile link, if you know it.
• Tell us whether you want to delete your entire account or only specific personal data, such as information associated with Facebook sign-in.
• If you cannot access your account email, explain this so we can help verify account ownership.

Never send your password, payment card details or sign-in codes.

We review your request and may ask for information to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting data. We will reply by email with the outcome, including any information we must retain and the reason for retaining it.

A full account deletion request covers your sign-in account, profile and associated personal data. Tell us if you also want uploaded content removed so we can review shared credits, collaborators and any outstanding purchases or payouts with you. Closing your account may remove access to your library and purchases.

Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, tax, accounting, payment, security or dispute-resolution obligations. These exceptions do not give us permission to keep unrelated personal data indefinitely. Any applicable retention will be explained in our response.

If you have connected Nowboja to Facebook, you can also open Facebook Settings, find Apps and websites, select Nowboja (or Nowboja Web) and choose Remove. Facebook’s menu names may vary by device.

Removing the connection stops future access through that connection; it does not, by itself, delete data already held by Nowboja. To request deletion of that data, email us using the instructions above.
