• Account information: your name, email address, username, profile photo and sign-in details (including Google sign-in).
• Profile & portfolio information: roles, skills, credits, bio, links and anything else you choose to add to your public profile.
• Content you upload: films, series, trailers, posters, stills, posts, comments and messages.
• Payment information: purchases, support payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: pages viewed, watch history, likes, saves and basic device/browser details used to keep the service working and secure.

• To run your account and deliver films, series and masterclasses you watch or purchase.
• To pay creators and keep accurate earnings records.
• To send important account, purchase and security notifications.
• To recommend content, improve the platform and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
• To promote projects and the platform, as described in our Terms of Service.

Direct messages, photos and voice notes are private to the people in the conversation. They are stored securely and are only accessed by Nowboja when needed to investigate a report, enforce our rules or meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run Nowboja (such as hosting, video streaming and payment processing), when you choose to make information public, or when required by law.

• Edit your profile and privacy settings, including who can message you, at any time.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. See our User Data Deletion instructions to submit a deletion request, including without signing in.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

We use encryption, access controls and secure infrastructure to protect your information. We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal, tax and payment records.

Nowboja is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
